IT FINALLY HAPPENED. I caught the cold that has been hiding in my body for weeks. I knew it was coming, and it finally attacked me. It’s that time of the year, and to be honest I’m just glad I’m getting it over with before Christmas. I don’t think I’ve ever been sick on Christmas and I cannot imagine…I like to be as pathetic as humanly possible when I’m ill, and you just can’t do that during the holidays! I’m looking forward to resting and baking hundreds of Christmas cookies this weekend…and by baking I mean watching other people bake. It really is for the best.
