White Sneakers for Spring: Daytime

Shoes – Vans (c/o Union Jack Boots) // Jacket – Zara (similar here and here) // Shirt – Zara // Pants – Topshop // Bag – Old Navy (similar here) // Sunglasses – Huckberry

As much as I can try to look fancy, comfy & casual will always be my home base. There’s nothing I feel more confident in than a cute top, a blazer, jeans and a fun flat or sneaker.

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I’m in the market for new shoes…all of mine have crapped out on me. When Union Jack Boots reached out asking me to style a pair of Vans, my answer was a resounding HELL YES! I love me an adorable pair of sneakers and finding ways to dress them up and down. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to show you how I wear sneakers to work and on a date. Choosing a pair was basically impossible…this site has everything you could possibly want in funky footwear. Take a look when you’re done here!

Today’s look is a daytime white sneaker (nighttime coming soon!). I wear some variation of this outfit to work ALL the time…thank God my office is business casual, erring more on the side of casual. Basically, fashion sneakers and jeans are a go!

These Vans are incredible comfy and have been the perfect replacement for my beaten up everyday sneaks. They’re perfect for my stroll from the subway to my office, and the tone-on-tone makes them feel a bit more put together.

Aside from the shoes, my fave part of this look are my accessories. This backpack is one of my favorite purchases from 2015…it is shockingly spacious and as a backpack lover, it’s a trendier alternative to my school/camp bags. Stefan got me these sunnies for my birthday and I am so in love. They’re polarized (bonus!) and are a more adventurous shape than I’m used to.

Stay tuned for a nighttime look, and let me know some of your go-to sneakers for spring!
